What do I need to install?

Nothing. IMEbase is hosted software–it works entirely within your web browser. It works with any modern browser on your Windows, Mac, or Unix/Linux machine.

Is training available?

Yes. All new IMEbase customers receive customized training for their business, as well as training materials they can keep or share with their partners. On-site training is available. Contact us to learn more about training options.

How can I cancel?

You may cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts.

Can you customize IMEbase for my company?

While IMEbase is created to advance the best-practices in the industry, we understand you may want to do some things differently. We’ll work with your management team to ensure IMEbase fits your business.

Can I export my data?

Yes, using a feature right in IMEbase, you can save the information in each case to PDF format, which you can open with Acrobat. We can also provide a full export of all data in CSV format, which you can open in Excel.

Who can see my data?
